All millwork and treads are custom milled to your specifications as such all sales of these items are final.,Lead times typically range from 7-14 days, possibly longer for fully custom parts (curves, odd sizes, etc)

Sapele stair parts including treads, risers, cove molding, and landing treads.Treads are available from 36" to 96". Single return treads as well as no return treads are listed in the drop down, when ordering reply to order confirmation email with the specifications for the returns (left or right).

Double return treads and starting steps (double bullnose return) are also available, please call for a custom quote. Treads are 11-1/4" deep and 1" thick x the specified length. Risers are 7-1/4" x 3/4" x specified length and are sold per lineal foot.

Stair components are ready for final fitting, sanding, and finishing. Stair treads are custom milled to order, as such all sales of stair components are final. Lead times for stair components typically range from 7-14 days.
